In addition to completing the application, please prepare your pitch deck for inclusion. The pitch should include the following:

Achievement milestones expected based on funding
Applications are first screened to see if they fit our investment criteria. The managing partners of Fountainhead will consider and review applications that have been submitted by companies and all applicants receive a reply and may be asked to make a presentation to the partners.
